Best Gimlet Ever

Ingredients:

• 60ml Gin
• 20ml fresh-squeezed lime juice
• 15ml lime cordial (see recipe below)
• cup of ice
• a life of plenty dehydrated lime

Method:

1. Place your glass in the freezer to get it cold

2. Pop everything in a shaker with ice and shake 

3. Strain into a cold glass
4. Garnish with dehydrated lime and serve.

Lime Cordial:

1. zest two limes into 120mls of 1:1 sugar syrup
2. let sit for 20-30 minutes and then strain through a fine mesh
